Hi, I'm Elizabeth.

I’m Elizabeth Fiocca, LPCC-S, PMH-C, a therapist specializing in women’s and perinatal mental health.

I work especially well with women who are used to being the capable one: the planner, the helper, the person who keeps moving even when things are hard.

My style is warm, conversational, and active. I’ll ask questions, notice patterns, offer perspective, and challenge you when it feels helpful. I want therapy to feel practical and meaningful, not like you spent an hour talking only to leave wondering what to do next.

I’m especially drawn to the parts of women’s lives that are often minimized, misunderstood, or simply hard to talk about: anxiety, intrusive thoughts, infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, motherhood, identity shifts, and major life transitions.

My interest in perinatal mental health is both professional and personal. My own experiences with pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional complexity that can come with motherhood deepened my understanding of how isolating these seasons can feel, even when everything looks “fine” from the outside.

That perspective shapes the way I work: with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for how much women are often carrying.

With more than 10 years of experience in mental health, my work is grounded in evidence-based care and specialized training in perinatal mental health.

You don’t have to come in knowing exactly what to say.

We can start where you are.
