Infertility Counseling & Trying to Conceive

When growing your family becomes something you have to fight for.

There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes with trying to conceive when things aren't going as planned.

The tracking, the appointments, the waiting, the hope that this month might be different, and the disappointment when it isn't.

Maybe you're navigating fertility treatments or IVF. Maybe you're just beginning to wonder whether something is wrong. Or maybe you've been on this journey for so long that it's difficult to remember what life felt like before trying to get pregnant became such a big part of it.

Meanwhile, the world around you keeps moving. Friends announce pregnancies, family members ask questions, and you're left trying to navigate emotions that can feel incredibly complicated.

More Than Just Trying to Get Pregnant

Infertility can affect your relationship with your body, your partner, your friendships, and your sense of identity.

You might feel hopeful one day and defeated the next. You might experience jealousy, guilt, anger, or resentment, even toward people you love. You may feel torn between protecting yourself emotionally and holding on to hope.

You don't have to apologize for any of those feelings here.

Support Through the Uncertainty

In therapy, we can make space for the emotions that don't always have a place in everyday conversations. We might work on managing the anxiety surrounding treatment, navigating difficult decisions, setting boundaries, or finding ways to feel more connected to yourself outside of the fertility process.

I won't tell you to just relax, stay positive, or trust that everything will work out.

I know it's more complicated than that.

You deserve support during the journey, not just when you reach the outcome you've been hoping for. I'd love to connect.
