Pregnancy Loss

There are some losses that change the way you see everything.

Maybe you had already started imagining the future. You pictured who your baby might become, what your family would look like, and all the moments you hoped to experience.

And then, suddenly, that future looked different.

Whether you've experienced a miscarriage, chemical pregnancy, stillbirth, or another form of pregnancy loss, the grief can be difficult to explain, especially when the people around you don't fully understand what you've lost.

You may find yourself grieving not only your pregnancy but also the hopes, plans, and expectations that came with it.

Your Grief Deserves Space

Pregnancy loss can bring sadness, anger, guilt, anxiety, numbness, and feelings that seem to contradict one another.

You might find yourself replaying what happened, wondering if you could have done something differently, or struggling with the uncertainty of trying again.

And if you're pregnant after a loss, you may find that excitement and fear exist side by side. It can be difficult to trust your body or allow yourself to feel hopeful when you know how quickly things can change.

There is no right way to navigate any of this.

You Don't Have to Move On to Move Forward

My role isn't to help you forget your experience or convince you to find a silver lining. It's to offer a space where your grief is acknowledged, your emotions are welcome, and you can begin to make sense of what you've been through.

We'll move at your pace, whether that means processing the experience itself, learning to navigate painful reminders, or finding ways to manage anxiety about the future.

Your loss matters, regardless of how far along you were or how much time has passed.

Whenever you're ready, I'd be honored to offer you a space to feel heard, understood, and supported.
